Favorite Everyday Makeup

As the weather changes so does my style, and lately my makeup has been reflecting that. Backing away from my normal glitter and glitz I’ve been loving simple but stylish makeup as seen on Kim Kardashian during the Met Gala in 2018. Looking at the latest makeup trends on Instagram it looks like big eyes, natural coloured lips and simple, glowing makeup is perfect for Autumn and I have to agree; it makes you look elegant and put together without being over the top.

This is a list of my top three makeup looks and products to use for everyday makeup, that can be dressed up or down.

1. Black Eyeliner

Black eyeliner is perfect for day and night looks. I use the Model and Co black eyeliner. This little beauty comes from Woolworths and is perfect for simple winged eyeliner. I use it almost everyday and the fine brush allows for a thick or thin line and the stamp is awesome for elegant wings.

Black eyeliner adds an edge and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. It’s all about the eyes.

2. Gold Eyeshadow.

Gold is perfect for Autumn. It adds a beautiful glow to the skin and makes the eyes look bright. Gold is simple and glamorous and looks good with all eye colours. The shades Summer and Dreamer from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina palette are my go too. Pair with eyeliner or keep it simple with layered black mascara.

3. Nude Lipstick.

Nude lipstick has been one of my favorite looks for a while but as my wardrobe has changed to darker tones I’m reaching for it more. The Kylie Jenner x Kris Jenner lipstick in Give Me A Kiss is my go too for luscious looking nude lips. Nude lipstick looks good is every outfit and adds a sense of style without being too out there.

Love, Erin xx
